Cheshta- An Effort to Excel
The value addition that the Department of Management Studies creates in its students which gives them a comparative advantage over their counterparties, is the activities undertaken in the management club “Cheshta”. Managers need to develop not only their managerial skills but also their human skills as they have to always deal with human beings. It aims at developing sense of responsibility towards society through social activities under the slogan “Love all serve all”. It celebrated Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar birth anniversary on 14th April 2017, by honoring the efforts of all those workers who serve us round the clock in the campus, with a badge “Aapki Sangati humaari Pragati” and a momento. “Suresh ki Adaalat” was a program orgaised by students of BBA and MBA, in which the ruling party minister had to answer the question put up by the Anchor Suresh and the audience. Various management games and activities like business dumb charades, business quiz, role playing, motivational skits, self composed poetry recitation, mimicry, etc. are conducted to provide a platform for budding artists and managers. Professionals from corporate and institutions are invited to share their experiences. A sense of team work and unity is inculcated through team exercises at cultural activities.
