Program Details

Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)

Pass with 60% aggregated marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Biology or Forestry) OR 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) OR 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th

For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.

Admission Criteria

Merit in qualifying examination, subject to eligibility criteria.


B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture has a wide scope and is job orientated.Currently, different agriculture-based industries (like fertilizer industries and food manufacturing industries); non- government organizations (like Srijan, Pradan, and BAIF); private and public sector commercial firms (like Nationalized and Gramin banks) and agricultural certification agencies etc. are recruiting the graduates of agriculture science

Fee details and Allied Issues

  • Fee for successive semesters will be payable before the end of teaching of preceding semester.
  • Examination fee (per semester) is Rs. 1500 and examination fee of 1st semester is payable along with fee of 2nd semester or before.
  • The term ‘Programme fee’ as mentioned above, includes – Tuition and Development fees; , Cultural, Sports, Club activities, Co-curricular activities etc.; Fee for Additional Services/ Facilities for Contingency, Outreach, Placement, Medical, Counselor etc. as prescribed by the University.
  • If the Fee of the programme is reduced due to any reason,scholarship amount for all the brackets/ categories will be reduced proportionately i.e. fee after scholarship etc. will not be reduced and will remain same.

Modes of Payment

  1. Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favor of “Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur“ payable at Jaipur.
  2. Cash can be deposited only at Division of Admissions at the University Campus in Jaipur.
  3. Credit Card/ Debit Card (only for online submission of Application).
