The aim of the study program of Occupational Therapy is to educate and train specialists who would have comprehensive knowledge in occupational therapy, the basics of research, and practical skills required for the work of an occupational therapist, for the analysis of a person’s occupational performance, and for the formation of the aims and objectives of occupational therapy.

Eligibility –
Candidate should have passed 10+2 (12th standard) or equivalent examination with science stream i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 45% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects prescribed for the examination for general and 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidate.
(b) Candidate should have completed the minimum age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission to B.O.T. first year course.
(c) Every candidate before admission shall furnish a certificate of medical fitness from an authorized Government Medical Officer that the candidate is physically fit to undertake the Occupational Therapy course.
(d) Selection of the candidate shall be on the basis of merit of 10+2 examination or Joint Entrance Examination conducted by the University.
(e) In case of 2 years Diploma Holder of Occupational Therapy, candidate will get admission in BOT II year and will complete the BOT course as per VGU, Jaipur norms, subject to availability of vacant seat(s).
(f) In case of 3 years Diploma Holder of Occupational Therapy, candidate will get admission in BOT III year and will complete the BOT course as per the VGU, Jaipur norms, subject to availability of vacant seat(s).
