Design Aptitude Test (DECODE) is a national level entrance exam conducted by the Center of Design Excellence (CODE) every year to shortlist the applicants for its various programs in Fashion & Textile Design, Interior & Product Design, and Graphics & Communication Design for its partner universities/campuses spread across India.
Center for Design Excellence (CODE) is an international college with degree-granting authority in Architecture, Fashion & Textile Design, Interior & Product Design, Graphic & Communication Design and has accreditation from CoA, UGC. It runs various Design/ Architecture Programmes in its various partner universities spread across India.

The applicant should have passed in any University/public school/State Board at 10+2 in India or abroad or university or board recognized in the Association of Indian University equivalent to 10+2 with a minimum 45% of aggregate marks or should be appearing for the same in 2021.
A candidate with a three or four-year diploma, from a recognized university approved by AICTE with a minimum of 50% marks can apply.
Interested candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 2000/- to be able to take up the examination. The candidature of an individual will be confirmed only after the payment of the application fee.
The application fee can be paid through the payment portal on the official website through any online mode of payment such as debit/credit card, or internet banking.
