The department offers Graduate, Post Graduate, PG Diploma, Certificate Course & Ph.D. Programmes that strive for excellence in media education, training and research with the multidisciplinary approach and upholds media ethics while providing opportunity to students to excel in the profession. The programs are designed to prepare students for the continuously evolving media & communication industry having very close ties with media and corporate houses. Its multidimensional culture and creative ambience provide a unique blend of concurrent media knowledge, skill sets, innovativeness and sensitivity to social issues. The Journalism & Mass Communication department is dedicated towards creating a generation of media professionals who are distinct in their vision and bringing a new wave in media. It takes a lot of individual courage and the right amount of ethical and professional mix. I am Anshika Gautam student of Journalism and Mass Communication at Vivekananda Global University (NAAC A+). I am from Bihar. I am here to be a film maker and Journalist. My dream is to become filmmaker. The faculty here is very good and helpful. We have Media lab with all equipment for practical so we can learn all thing. The seniors are doing internship and they placed in such a better channel. We are working hard to get well internship. This place is so perfect for students.

My name is Shruti Mishra. I am student of Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication (4th Semester) at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. I come from Jharkhand. I always dream to become a good news anchor and now I think my dream has come true. We have got the facilities like Media Lab with proper equipment’s so that we can practice to improve ourselves. All my seniors are placed or doing internship in better places. I hope I will also get placed in good channels and will do my best. The faculties are very helpful and friendly. According to me, this is the ideal place to become a good journalist.
