Job Description
VGU is looking for an experienced Manager – HR to handle end-to-end HR activities with strong hands-on exposure to payroll management, leave/attendance management, and L&D activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Handle end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliances
Oversee leave and attendance management systems
Drive employee L&D initiatives
Skills/Competencies:
Strong expertise in payroll, attendance/leave management, L&D activities
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR systems
Excellent communication and people management skills
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Education/Experience Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources (HR) from a recognized institution
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in HR
Prior experience as a Team Lead or in a supervisory role within HR Operations/L&D activities
