*Key Responsibilities:* 1. Hostel Administration: Oversee day-to-day hostel operations, including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering. Allot hostel rooms and maintain updated records of hostel occupancy. Monitor hostel infrastructure and report maintenance issues promptly. Ensure hygienic conditions and proper functioning of hostel facilities. 2. Student Welfare & Discipline: Maintain discipline, order, and decorum among hostel residents. Address grievances and counseling needs of students. Ensure safety, security, and well-being of students in the hostel premises. Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct. 3. Coordination & Supervision: Supervise support staff including ward boys, housekeeping, and security personnel. Coordinate with mess staff for quality food service and timely meals. Liaise with university administration on hostel-related matters. Organize hostel activities, orientation, and community-building events. 4. Safety & Security: Ensure proper security arrangements in the hostel premises. Maintain records of visitors and restrict unauthorized entry. Take prompt action during emergencies (medical, safety, or disciplinary). Ensure compliance with fire safety and health regulations. *Eligibility & Qualifications:* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably in Management, Social Sciences, Education, or related field). Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden / Administrator (experience in an educational institution preferred). Ex Service man preferred. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle emergencies with calmness and responsibility. Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping.
