Faculty of Design, VGU Jaipur – Lab Technician The Faculty of Design at Vivekananda Global University is expanding its Makers Space Lab and seeks two skilled Lab Technicians to support teaching, research, innovation, and industry consultancy projects. Required Expertise: Laser Cutting Machine, Fiber Marking & Metal Cutting Machine, 5-Axis CNC Machine, 3D Printers (FDM & DLP), UV Flatbed Printer (330 × 600 mm), 3D Scanner & Reverse Engineering, and 3-Axis CNC Machine for PCB Prototyping. Responsibilities: Train students, conduct workshops, support prototyping and research, execute consultancy projects, operate and maintain equipment, ensure safety standards, maintain records, and collaborate across Design, Architecture, Engineering, and related disciplines. Desired Profile: Hands-on fabrication and machine operation experience, CAD/CAM knowledge (preferred), ability to manage projects independently and guide students, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and passion for innovation.
