Eligibility – Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science/ Pharmacy/ Medicine/ Dentistry and Bachelor of Engineering with atleast 50% marks in aggregate from recognized University/ Institution.
For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.

Forensic Science graduate can apply for: Crime Laboratory Analyst Forensic Serologist Forensic Architect Forensic Odontologist Forensic Psychiatrist Forensic Toxicologist Forensic Engineer A trained forensic scientist may be hired by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) & Intelligence Bureau (IB).
You can also work as a freelancer forensic scientist. You can also work as a legal counsellor after gaining experience as a Forensic Scientist. The average annual salary offered in the country to successful graduates of the course lies between INR 1 and 5 lacs. Successful graduates can also go in for higher education by pursuing M.Sc. Forensic Sciences, MD Forensic Science (after MBBS) or PhD (Research in the area of interest).
