VGU Alumni Overview

Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur has a registered alumni association in the name of VGU Jaipur Alumni society. VGU alumni association is fully functional and contributes towards the development of the university in multiple ways; scholarships, endowment chairs, infrastructure development, research community initiatives, cultural events and many more

Its main objective of fostering long term relationship among the alumni in institutional building. It is a very active and highly successful alumni association playing a major role in the development of the University.

The Alumni Association has 5 chapters all over the Country. They periodically organize meetings and get-togethers. The Executive committee of the VGU Alumni Association meets to transact business concerning alumni of the University and also developmental works of their alma mater. Over the years the Association has supported many noble causes of the University

The University itself has a dedicated Alumni coordination committee, headed by an Alumni. Academic Departments of the University, also conduct periodical alumni reunions. The University has initiated a unique program named “Distinguished Alumni Series” to honor and felicitate alumni who have significantly distinguished themselves in their field. Many of the alumni of our university are in good positions in the Government and top organizations in the Country and across the world. Some of them come forward on a regular basis to meet the students and offer career counseling and advice. The alumni are invited for lectures by various Departments to give students a picture of the industry and latest developments in their field

VGU Jaipur alumni society objectives are:

  • To provide a forum for establishing a link between the alumni, academic staff and students of the institute to create chairs for research.
  • To Organise programs, conferences and seminars in the field of engineering, law, design, architecture, management, commerce etc.
  • To help in the placements of all students.
  • To engage in social activities as shall contribute towards maintaining a link between the alumni, academic staff and students of the institute.
