BIO

Mr. Anand Saini is an Assistant Professor in department of Hotel Management at Vivekananda Global University. His specialization is Food production, Bakery & confectionery. His Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) was earned at Kalinga University and diploma was completed from IHM jaipur. He has started his carrier in industry as Commi II in Lemon Tree Primier in Jaipur and comes in acedemics as Teaching Associate in JNU, Jaipur in 2020 and after that he joined as Assistant Professor in Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur in June 2022.
