This program comprises four distinct blocks aimed at guiding students toward successful career paths.

Firstly, our Corporate Placement Block facilitates seamless transitions from academia to industry by connecting students with leading corporations across various sectors. Through mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and networking sessions, students enhance their readiness for corporate placements. Secondly, our Entrepreneurship Block fosters entrepreneurial spirit, offering support and resources to nurture innovative ideas into successful ventures. Entrepreneurship Boot Camps, Business Plan Competitions, and Mentorship Programs provide real-world insights and guidance. Thirdly, our Government Sector through the Competitive Exams Block prepares students for esteemed government positions through rigorous training and guidance, including specialized coaching, guest lectures, and mock tests. Finally, our Higher Education/Research Block encourages advanced studies and cutting-edge research, with opportunities for research internships, publications, and collaboration with industry partners.

Additionally, our Pre-Placement Training Program equips students with essential skills for the corporate world, covering aptitude, soft skills, tech skills, niche technologies, assessments, mentorship, guidance, and preparatory classes for competitive exams. With world-class content accessible to VGU students free of cost, our pre-placement training ensures holistic preparation for corporate endeavours. The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell of Vivekananda Global University (VGU) has consistently demonstrated its commitment to fostering holistic student development through impactful industry-academia engagement initiatives. In alignment with the university’s vision of making students industry-ready and career-confident, the T&P Cell successfully organized three mega flagship events between April 2024 and May 2025, each reinforcing VGU’s stature as a center for talent, innovation, and employability.

Industry Academia Conclave (IAC) – April 2024
Held on 28th–29th April 2024, this two-day conclave brought together 70+ companies, providing students with career mentorship, internship offers, and future placement support.
✅ 836 students received internship offers.
✅ Key recruiters: HDFC, Spinny, Airtel, Zomato, Cvent, Cars24, Blinkit, Kotak Mahindra, and others.

Industry Academia Conclave (IAC) – January 2025
Organized on 10th–11th January 2025, this edition focused on both internships and placements.
✅ Participation from 80+ top-tier organizations.
✅ 744 students secured internship and placement opportunities.
✅ Leading corporates: AU Bank, Axis Bank, Teleperformance, Genpact, Bajaj Motors, Paytm, Aditya Birla, DotSquares.

Internship Fair – May 2025
Conducted on 2nd–3rd May 2025, this mega fair was aimed at achieving 100% internship and placement support for students across all disciplines.
✅ Massive turnout of 80+ companies.
✅ Record-breaking 1,043 students received internship and pre-placement offers.
✅ Notable recruiters: Mechlin Technologies, Planet Spark, Miraj Group, WNS, Piramal Finance, Lenskart, Shri Ram General Insurance.
