Ruchi Banerjee is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science with teaching, academic coordination, and research experience. She is pursuing Ph.D. research in skin cancer detection using deep learning algorithms, with a focus on hybrid CNN architectures, attention mechanisms, handcrafted feature fusion, and explainable output for trustworthy medical image classification. She has contributed to curriculum development, examination work, event organization, and student mentoring in core computer science subjects.
