The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Vivekananda Global University (VGU) is committed to providing high-quality, flexible, and technology-driven education in both Online (OL) and Open and Distance Learning (ODL) modes. In October 2022, the Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE) at Vivekananda Global University (VGU) initiated its academic journey in the domain of virtual learning. Established with a vision to expand access to higher education, the Centre is dedicated to delivering flexible, inclusive, and academically rigorous programs to learners from diverse socio educational backgrounds. Since its inception, CDOE has remained committed to upholding the highest standards of quality in both distance and online modes of education. Presently, CDOE, VGU offers a distinguished portfolio of nine UGC-entitled online degree programs, comprising MBA, MBA-IF (International Finance), BBA, MCA, BCA, M.Sc. (Mathematics), MA (English), MA-JMC (Journalism and Mass Communication), and BA.

In addition, the Centre administers Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programs in MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications), and M.Sc. (Mathematics), and also provides industry-oriented certification and diploma programmes, thereby broadening the spectrum of academic opportunities available to learners.
