Dr. Muhammad Mubashshir is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Basic & Allied Sciences at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur (since July 2023). He completed his Ph.D. in Biosciences from Barkatullah University, Bhopal (September 2010) and M.Phil. in Biosciences from the same university, securing IInd rank in order of merit. He undertook postdoctoral research (2013-2014) at Sven Loven Marine Centre, University of Gothenburg, Sweden, investigating pigment translocation mechanisms in fish melanophores via signal transduction of receptors. Dr. Mubashshir has 20+ publications including papers in high-impact journals (Experimental Dermatology, Fish Physiology & Biochemistry, Indian Journal of Microbiology) and authored four major academic books.
