Dr Himanshu Sharma is working as a Professor in the Department of CSE, Vivekananda University, Jaipur, India. He is PhD in the area of Natural Language Processing. After serving in Industries, he has been in Academia for 23+ years. He has several patents to his credit and co-authored a book also. His area of interest includes Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning. He is a researcher specializing in machine learning, medical data analytics, and explainable AI for healthcare. His work focuses on clinical risk prediction, physiological signal analysis, and multimodal, interpretable models. He has contributed to liver disease, gallstone, and thyroid risk modelling. His research emphasises transparent, calibrated, and clinically meaningful AI systems for reliable real-world decision support. (50-75 words)
