Bio

Dr. Lehar Isarani is an Associate Professor currently serving in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Development Studies at Vivekanada Global University, Jaipur known for her strong academic background and significant contributions to research and teaching. She holds an M.A. and Ph.D., and has successfully qualified the UGC NET examination, reflecting her academic excellence and dedication to higher education. Dr. Isarani has published numerous research papers in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in and presented her work at various national and international conferences. Her research interests span a wide range of interdisciplinary areas, including Gandhian Thoughts, Indian polity, international relations, global governance etc. In addition to her research contributions, she has authored and contributed to several books and book chapters, enriching academic scholarship in her field, and has played a key role in organizing international conferences and academic initiatives, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to advancing knowledge exchange. Recognized for her excellence, she has received several prestigious awards, including the Excellent Women Award and the Leadership for Nari Award, and also serves as a Member of the Board of Studies (BOS) in reputed universities, contributing to curriculum development and academic planning. Dr Isarani is widely appreciated for her innovative teaching approach and active engagement in academia, as she integrates research-driven insights with modern pedagogical practices to promote critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and holistic learning among her students.
