Bio

Garima Jain is an experienced academician and administrator in the field of finance and management, currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Vivekananda Global University. With more than a decade of experience in higher education, she has developed expertise in teaching, academic coordination, curriculum planning, examination management, and institutional administration.

Previously, she served at ARCH College of Design and Business as Faculty in Financial Management, Accounts, and Management, where she also held the responsibilities of Administrator and BBA Coordinator. In addition, she was associated with JECRC University under the CollegeDekho Unit as Head of Department (HOD) in the domain of Law, Financial Management & Accounts, where she taught MBA and BBA students while overseeing departmental academic operations.

Earlier, she worked at Jaipur National University in collaboration with ICRI, where she managed key responsibilities including examination coordination, Board of Studies (BOS) management, and academic administration, contributing significantly to academic quality and student engagement.

Academically, she holds an M.Com and B.Ed from the University of Rajasthan and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance from The IIS University. She has also completed the Company Secretary Executive Programme and is presently pursuing the CS Professional level, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional advancement in finance and corporate governance.

Her academic interests lie in the areas of corporate finance, ESG reporting, financial. Known for her strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities, she is committed to fostering student-centered learning, promoting academic excellence, and contributing meaningfully to institutional growth through teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership.
