Madhulika Srivastava Khare is an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, with over 12 years of combined academic and industry experience in Banking and Financial Services. She has previously worked with organizations including ICICI Bank Ltd and other financial service firms, gaining exposure in retail banking, credit assessment, and customer relationship management.
She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Principles and Practices of Banking, Management of Financial Services, Project Management, and Financial Systems and Markets. Her teaching approach focuses on Outcome-Based Education , case-based learning, and experiential pedagogy.
She is currently pursuing her PhD, with research interests in FinTech, financial decision-making, and digital financial inclusion. She has published research papers, contributed to book chapters, and presented at national and international conferences, while actively engaging in student mentoring and institutional activities.
