Bio

Priyanshi Mathur is an emerging academic in the field of management (Finance/HR), currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies (Finance/HR) at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. She holds a Master’s degree in MBA(Finance) with a growing research interest at the intersection of Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness.

Her current work includes a review paper on Impact of Financial education to rural women -based interventions, aimed for submission. Deeply invested in student-centered learning, she brings an integrative and evidence-based approach to the classroom, bridging theory, brain-based research, and real-world Stock market applications.

Trapti has recently completed her doctoral research in the area of impact of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Spiritual Intelligence (SI) on Leadership Effectiveness (LE) in the Banking Sector, and she has 5 Scopus, 2 UGC Care, 1 WOS and 1 ABDC, 1 Book Chapter and many more international as well as national conference paper presentations and proceedings; in total 10 publications as of now and more are in pipeline. She actively participates in academic development through research writing, curriculum planning, and seminar engagements.
