Dr. Vinod M Lakhwani has more than 18 years of academic experience in the domain of finance and accounting. He has done his doctoral research and published several papers in field of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has written cases that have been published in journals of national and international repute and are listed on the case centre (formerly known as ecch). He has conducted workshops on case writing and teaching for the students and the faculty members.
