Bio

Dr. Shreya Mathur attained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad in 2010. She was awarded her Ph.D. in 2024 from Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. Her primary area of interest is Human Resource Management. She began her professional career with Vzoomin, where she developed a strong foundation in HR management and recruitment. She then joined Rajasthan Patrika, a well-known pan-India daily publication, where she worked as an HR Executive. Subsequently, she moved to the automobile manufacturing sector and worked with Autolight India, a Jaipur-based organization specializing in LED lighting for Maruti vehicles. She further enhanced her understanding of labour practices in manufacturing while working with National Bearing Company (NBC). Driven by her strong inclination towards academics, she transitioned into the education sector and joined Poornima College of Management as an Assistant Professor in Management. She also served in a similar capacity at Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur.

Currently, she is serving as an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, where she actively contributes to both academic and administrative responsibilities. She holds the position of Pro-HOD in the Department of Management. Dr. Mathur has a commendable research profile, with six papers indexed in Scopus- indexed journals. In addition, she has presented research papers at various national and international conferences.
