Bio

Dr. Mukesh Kumar holds a PhD degree in Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Career Point University, Kota, India. M.Tech from MNIT Jaipur and B.E. from Govt. Engineering College Kota. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor at the College of Engineering, Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with over 16 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Kumar has demonstrated expertise in teaching.

Dr. Kumar has contributed significantly to the academic community with his extensive research work. He has authored or co-authored more than 35 research papers in reputable international journals, including those indexed in Scopus, ESCI and Web of Science. Additionally, he has actively participated in the peer review process for esteemed journals.

In his role as a professor, Dr. Kumar has acquired valuable experience in engaging with postgraduate and undergraduate students within the classroom. He has provided guidance to students in selecting suitable research topics and has diligently edited and evaluated their work. Drawing from his professional experience in teaching various courses in Mechanical Engineering, Dr. Kumar possesses a comprehensive perspective that proves beneficial in assisting students with their projects and assignments. These experiences have fostered his confidence and passion for teaching, and he eagerly anticipates the opportunity not only to teach existing courses but also to contribute to the development of new ones.

Dr. Kumar's objective as a professor is to inspire his students to cultivate their own learning, nurture their interests, and develop critical thinking skills. He is dedicated to creating a learner-centered environment in the classroom. Driven by his belief in the importance of clear and open communication, he considers it a fundamental element in enabling effective learning among his students.
