Nitya Sharma is an Assistant Professor of Law in the Department of Law at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. She is UGC-NET qualified (2025) and holds LL.M. with a specialization in Criminal and Security Law, along with B.A. LL.B. (Hons.). Her academic orientation is strongly research-driven, and she is particularly committed to research-based pedagogy that encourages critical inquiry and conceptual understanding in legal education.
