Bio

Neelam Yadav is an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, specializing in Accommodation Operations, and a Research Scholar at CT University, Ludhiana. She has authored a total of six research papers, including three Scopus-indexed research papers, and contributed to one textbook, one Scopus-indexed book, and one edited book. Additionally, she has written seven book chapters, five of which are Scopus-indexed.

Her academic work has been presented at six national and international conferences, showcasing her expertise in hospitality and related fields. Neelam also holds two patents, reflecting her innovative contributions to the domain. She has been recognized with an award for research and academic excellence, further establishing her as a respected figure in hospitality education.
