A skilled Food & Beverage Service professional, academician and researcher with strong expertise in restaurant operations, guest relations, international cuisine, and beverage service. I have over nine years of progressive industry experience in hotels, resorts, and fine dining establishments, along with five years of teaching, academics, and research. Passionate about service excellence, hospitality education, menu innovation, customer satisfaction, and research, with a keen interest in enhancing modern dining experiences through quality standards and innovation.
