Bio

Dr. Swati Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur. Her research specializes in two-dimensional layered nanomaterials, with deep expertise in their vapor-phase growth, wet-chemical synthesis, heterostructure engineering, and transport studies for applications in energy, electronic, and thermoelectric devices. 

Dr. Singh received her Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. She completed her M.Sc. in Solid State and Condensed Matter Physics from Banaras Hindu University.

Her technical skills include advanced material characterization (SEM, TEM, AFM, Raman, XRD), cryogenic electrical transport measurements, and multiphysics simulations (COMSOL, CST Studio). At VGU, Dr. Singh is committed to strengthening research-led teaching, mentoring young researchers, and fostering innovation in nanoscience, materials engineering, and applied physics.
