Bio

Dr. Mridula Purohit, Professor and Dean-In-Charge, FBAS, Vivekananda Global University. Her education journey started from Sophia School and received Ph.D. degree from University of Rajasthan in 2002. She cleared National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in 1998. She has experience of twenty seven years majorly served prestigious institutes like Kanoria Girls College, Banasthali Vidhyapeeth and Vivekananda Group of Institutions. She has completed a major research project funded 5.3 lakhs by AICTE under RPS scheme. She published thirty two research papers in reputed national and international journals. She authored six books/book chapters with national & international publishers. Six scholars completed Ph. D. degree under her research guidance. Her interest spans Algebra, Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematical Structures, Probability and Statistics, Advanced Mathematics, Random Variables and Stochastic Processes.

She is recipient of six awards .
