Bio

Tavishi Limaye is an Assistant Professor and practising counsellor specializing in Positive, Counselling, Social, Self, and Abnormal Psychology. She holds a postgraduate degree and is pursuing doctoral research focused on well-being, identity, and resilience. With published research, conference presentations, and experience in applied mental health projects, she integrates teaching, research, and counselling to promote psychological well-being.
