Bio

Dr. Reena Jain is an emerging academic and researcher in the interdisciplinary fields of accounting, finance and social science. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management and Commerce at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. A Ph.D. holder in Accounting & Business Statistics from University of Rajasthan , Jaipur. Her doctoral work focused on the analysis of Profitability of Banking sector.

She is a UGC-NET in Commerce qualified scholar. Her research work contribute in banking sector.

She has presented and published research papers in different journals, contributing to global conferences in collaboration with different institutions.

Her current academic pursuits focus on the integration of automation technologies within university management frameworks, promoting efficiency, transparency, and sustainable innovation. She continues to inspire students through experiential teaching, research mentoring, and industry-oriented learning, reflecting her vision of bridging finance, technology, and academia for a smarter, data-driven future.
