She is presently pursuing her Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, where her pre-thesis has been successfully submitted. She holds advanced degrees including an MBA(Finance), M.Com., and M.A. in English, alongside a B.Ed. (C-TET qualified) from Kumaun University, Nainital, reflecting her multidisciplinary academic foundation.

Her current research focuses on the role of fintech in the retail market and its impact on customer satisfaction, examining how digital innovation and financial technology are transforming customer experiences in the Indian financial services sector. With a strong commitment to student-centered and experiential learning, she integrates research-driven insights, case-based teaching, and practical applications into her academic practice, fostering critical thinking and innovation among students.
