Bio

Dr. Honey Goyal is an academician and researcher in the field of Human Resource Management, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and an MBA from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. With a strong academic foundation and research orientation, her areas of interest include employee engagement, training and development, organizational behaviour, and corporate social responsibility.

She has actively contributed to academic research through the publication of several papers in UGC CARE-listed and peer-reviewed journals. Her research work primarily focuses on employee engagement practices, career development, and the role of social initiatives in organizational and societal growth. She has also presented multiple research papers at national and international conferences, reflecting her active involvement in the academic community.

In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, she has professional experience as a Subject Matter Expert with Chegg India Pvt. Ltd. and has worked as a Consultant with PDCOR Ltd., Jaipur.
