Mr. Anand Saini is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hotel Management, with over four years of teaching experience. His research interests focus on Kitchen operations, with a particular emphasis on waste management and kitchen hygiene practices in the food production department. Mr. Saini brings a total of three years of industry experience and four year of academic experience to his role. He completed his Master’s degree in Hotel Management (MSCHM) from Kalinga University, Raipur in 2024, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BSCHM) from Kalinga University, Raipur, completed in 2022.
